Oliver Gardey appointed to lead the Manager’s investment team

The Board announces that its manager, ICG, has appointed Oliver Gardey to lead the Company’s investment team.

Oliver will join in autumn 2019 and succeed Emma Osborne who, as previously announced, will move to a senior adviser role within ICG at the end of this year. In her new role, Emma will remain on the Investment Committee, working alongside Oliver and the other Committee members to provide oversight of the portfolio.

Oliver has over 20 years’ experience in the private equity industry. For the past decade, he has been a partner at Pomona Capital where he was a member of the global investment committee. He was previously a partner at Adam Street and Rothschild/Five Arrows Capital respectively.
