Graphite Enterprise Trust becomes ICG Enterprise Trust

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), the specialist asset manager, confirms that the management contract of the listed private equity investment trust ‘Graphite Enterprise Trust’ has now transferred to ICG. The trust has been renamed ‘ICG Enterprise Trust’ and the investment team for the trust has joined ICG, forming a new private equity fund investment business.

The team is led by Emma Osborne, ICG’s new Head of Private Equity Fund Investments, who was a Senior Partner at Graphite Capital and has over 21 years of Private Equity (PE) experience. Prior to her 11 years at Graphite Capital she was at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers having started her career at Coopers & Lybrand in PE advisory.

Emma Osborne commented:

We are excited about the opportunity to develop our business under ICG’s ownership. Whilst our core strategy remains the same, both the team and the Trust will benefit from ICG’s greater scale, with access to a broader range of investment opportunities as well as enhanced operational infrastructure.”

The private equity fund investment team includes Kane Bayliss, Director, previously a Partner at Graphite Capital with 15 years of PE experience including eight years at Graphite. Fiona Bell and Colm Walsh join as Associate Directors both of whom have nine years of PE experience, including seven and five years at Graphite Capital respectively.
